Multiple Awards Showcase Agency’s New Home Branding Expertise

AUSTIN, TX, March 12, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ — Wick Marketing has won Silver Awards in the 2024 Nationals, an annual competition of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Nationals drew nearly 1,200 entries from real estate professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada, across a broad range of categories and development disciplines.

The Nationals’ judges determine Gold Award winners from the elite group of Silver winners in each category. Silver and Gold winners were celebrated February 27 at NAHB’s International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Wick and its clients took high honors for two notable master-planned communities in distinctively different settings. Amblebrook is geared to 55+ homebuyers in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and is being developed by Crown Community Development. which was honored with a Silver Award as Master Planned Community of the Year.

Wick Marketing took Silvers for Amblebrook at Gettysburg’s brochure, and for marketing promotions of its grand opening event. Amblebrook also took Silvers for digital and integrated marketing, and for the community’s welcome center and clubhouse amenity.

In California’s northern San Diego County, the Citro community also earned high honors. Wick Marketing took Silver honors for logo design, and for display graphics in Citro’s unique welcome center. Situated in Fallbrook, Citro is a best seller by Tri Pointe Homes San Diego, a division of Tri Pointe Homes.

The Nationals gala featured live music, special guests and professional emcees.
