Teaching children critical thinking skills is the focus of Dr. Nicoles award-winning children’s books. Our children face issues that we have never faced – global warming, potential famine, water shortages and a host of other issues that are not just urgent – they threaten their very existence. Are our children being taught the skills that will allow them to thrive? To survive? How can we prepare our children and grandchildren for situations with which we have had very little or even no experience?
Simply put, we must teach them critical thinking skills.
In the traditions of Walt Disney and Dr. Seuss, Dr. Nicole breathes life into inanimate objects and wildly entertaining characters that engage children in powerful ways. Through parent/child interaction, her works develop a love for reading while helping children develop the most important skill of all – critical thinking. While her children’s book are very successful, she has also received international acclaim and awards for books that help adults develop critical thinking skills.

She was also Editor in Chief of a Quebec Medical Magazine that published 120-200 pages on a monthly basis and was distributed 20,000 doctors.
